The honeydew smoothie is perfect! I keep coming back here just for this — it’s not too sweet and full of flavor. The Belgian waffles with ice cream and fruits are so good! Plus, the service is fast and very friendly.

The baristas - They are always kind and hard at work behind the counter. The drinks - Their drinks are the most consistent out of any coffee shop I have been. (I do not order bingsoo often, but it is good stuff) Atmosphere - Not even comparable to dunkin or starbucks. Its always busy (which is great), cozy, warm, and it's nice that they stay open late for those who wanna stay out or study away from home. There's a variety of people who enjoy this place. Everyone has a different experience. I thought to share mine after coming by for about 3 years.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Plus, the comfy seating and soft lighting create an inviting environment for studying or catching up with friends. I appreciate that they’re open until midnight, providing a much-needed refuge for night owls like me. Whether you're looking for a late-night pick-me-up or a quiet place to relax, Midnight Brew is the perfect choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

I have been coming here for over 10 years now (wow, I can’t believe it’s been that long. Has it really been that long?!). It was very busy then and still is busy. This is still my favorite place to get bing-soo. I’ve tried almost all their flavor options, and I love the fruit, green tea, and coffee flavors the most. I have also tried other drinks on their menu and I have yet time be disappointed. Sometimes when things are really busy, the quality of what your order drops a bit, but honestly it has never been bad and it is also understandable. Picture is from a couple days ago, I got a green tea bing-soo to-go. I’m happy that a place like this exists.

I've been coming here for years to eat fruit bingsoo and drink boba fruit smoothies. I love them. Just note that lately, the prices have gone up so much that the place has become more of a special treat than a regular dessert destination.

These baristas work so hard dealing with high volumes of entitled customers all day and into late hours. Usually solo barista on weekdays on slow hours. I have no complaints. I appreciate your hard work, it is not overlooked. The kona mocha here tastes better than Starbucks. Their bingsoo and waffles are amazing too.

The Taro here is amazing just like their other beverages. The atmosphere is social and a place to study. I’ve ordered the same drink over and over again and this location has provided the consistency that I value! The staff is also friendly !

Wow, what an amazing time at the Coffee Haus Schaumburg. Incredible, marvelous some might say! Cashier was patient and answered all my questions about the menu. The ice cream was sweet for my liking, but the green tea boba (no added sugar ofc) with yummy oat milk was delectable! Shout out Brooklyn ;)
